Studying and following Uncle Ho, Tu Quan commune in Yen Son district mobilizes people to agree to clear land for the construction of key projects.

Based on the key and breakthrough tasks set forth by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the entire term and each year, all levels, sectors, cadres and party members select the content to register and follow Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and lifestyle according to the annual theme suitable to their specific functions and tasks; Linking the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, emulation movements at all levels, sectors and the implementation of the Central Resolution 4, terms XI, XII, XIII on Party building and rectification work and the Party's regulations on the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members.

It also builds typical collective and individual models, typical factors in all areas of social life to commend and replicate, especially new models and factors in the work of Party building, government, unions, administrative procedure reform, new rural construction, the movement to help each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, and social security.

Up to now, the whole province has built 65 typical models, jobs at district and city levels; over 510 models and jobs at the grassroots level; nearly 3,700 models and jobs at the grassroots level; over 70,700 models and jobs of individuals...

Typical models include the model "Leading and directing the implementation of the movement of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces and the People joining hands to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas and clear land for works and projects in the district" of the Ham Yen District Party Committee; the model "Building OCOP brands for agricultural products in the district" of the Yen Son District Party Committee.

Comrade Bui Xuan Mung, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Yen commune, Son Duong distict said that determining that promoting economic development is a stable and sustainable direction, contributing to increasing income for people, the Party Committee of Binh Yen commune has built and expanded the model of following Uncle Ho: "Leading the development of cooperative models". The Party Committee of the commune has led and directed the Party cells to register for work by building and developing collective economic models; Party members have economic models, participating in economic groups and teams.

Currently, the commune has developed 5 cooperative models in 5 villages in the commune, with nearly 100 members participating. Of which, there are 2 cooperative groups for breeding buffaloes, 1 cooperative group for raising goats, 1 cooperative group for growing dragon fruit and 1 cooperative group for producing and processing tea.

The models have been developed effectively, contributing to increasing farmers' income. Through the construction, implementation and replication of models, typical examples in learning and following Uncle Ho have created positive changes in the implementation of tasks of each local Party Committee and government. This contributes to strengthening the people's trust in Party Committees and governments, creating consensus among the people, promoting socio-economic development./.
