At the event held on February 3, the delegates respectfully expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the founder and trainer of the Vietnam Communist Party, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution. He devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause and the happiness of the people.
Vinh Phuc is one of the localities that President Ho Chi Minh paid much attention to when he visited and left many thoughtful and profound instructions for the Party Committee, administration and people in the province.
