With his passion for art, Cuong has drawn many unique and fascinating paintings. His portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, composed entirely of the names of 63 provinces and cities of Vietnam, has amazed and impressed many people.
To complete the portrait, he spends hours sketching the outline. Only after this step can he begin shading and detailing by inscribing words. For lighter areas, he uses a 2B pencil, while for darker regions, he applies 6B to 8B pencils.
"Apart from using paper, I have also painted with toothpicks, sand, salt, and, most recently, coffee. I want to challenge myself by experimenting with new materials to create unique paintings," he said.
Cuong's paintings are not only visually stunning and distinctive but also carry deep meaning, reflecting his love for his homeland and country./.
