At the meeting, the meaningful gifts presented by the unit demonstrated the spirit of "mutual love", conveying the warm love of the soldiers to the children of Lang Nu village.

In the early morning, the weather was cold, but inside the hall of the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command, it was very warm. Despite traveling nearly 300km from Lao Cai to Hanoi, none of the children were tired. All were eager to visit Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum, meet and interact with the soldiers.

More than 20 children in Lang Nu village have experienced painful days caused by storms and floods. Many children are in difficult circumstances, lacking the love of their families and relatives. However, with the help of the community, they are encouraged and supported. The resettlement area of Lang Nu village has been inaugurated, and children in the village are able to return to study at the new school.

At the meeting, Colonel Pham Van Hieu, Deputy Political Commissar of the Command kindly encouraged: “As guards at Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum, we will always stand side by side with the Party Committee, local authorities, military units, and political organizations to have more practical activities, joining hands with the people of Lang Nu to continue to build this place into a “model village” and “happy village”.

In their emotions, the children of Lang Nu village visited Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum. They slowly approached Uncle Ho to feel his immense and warm love, to strive to overcome difficulties./.
