The Party Committee of Son Luong commune, Van Chan district, Yen Bai province has organized activities to implement Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with Resolution 4 of the 12th Party Central Committee.

Comrade Tran Manh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Son Luong commune, said that reality has proven that, in the past time, the most positive result in studying and following Uncle Ho is the change in awareness as well as action among cadres and party members.
It can be seen that the implementation of Resolution 4 of the 12th Party Central Committee, in conjunction with Directive 05 and regulations on setting examples for cadres and party members, has become an important and regular task of each party organization, agency, unit, each cadre, party member and people to respond and implement activities.
At the same time, the leadership, direction, review, self-criticism and criticism work has been seriously and promptly overcome the shortcomings and limitations that have been pointed out.
The study and following of Uncle Ho has been imbued in cadres, party members, civil servants and people who are always united and trust in the leadership of the Party. Thereby, people proactively develop the economy, improve their lives and many typical models appear such as the pumpkin growing model for seeds in Na La village, the movement to mobilize people to donate land to build roads, cultural houses in all villages.
Not only that, the Party Committee leads and directs the work of cadres and party members who are working regularly to maintain close contact with the Party Committee, maintain and effectively carry out the work of inspecting and supervising the Party organization and party members in implementing the Party Charter, directives and resolutions of the Party Committees at all levels; promptly detect and strictly handle party members who have committed violations.
Up to now, the whole commune has a total area of 184 hectares of food crops, reaching 100% of the resolution target; food production reached 103% compared to the resolution target; budget revenue reached 107% of the plan; the poverty rate decreased to 10.03%; Social security work continues to be guaranteed, people's lives are stable. Gratitude activities are promoted, care for people with meritorious services; policy beneficiaries and social protection beneficiaries continue to be fully, promptly and in accordance with policies./.
