During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid special attention to OV. He highly appreciated the hearts of OV who always turned towards the Fatherland. Uncle Ho's attention to OV was not only reflected in the policies, organizations, and building of patriotic movements in the early years of finding a way to save the country, but also when the country began the cause of building socialism. Uncle Ho laid a solid foundation for the connection between our Party, State and OV to work together to build and protect the Fatherland.

The ceremony aimed to strengthen the great national unity bloc, creating a combined strength, affirming the consistent policy of our Party and State, that always respect the OV community, an inseparable part of the Vietnamese people; as well as encourage and mobilize OV of Nghe An province to invest and build their homeland and country.

In front of the Uncle Ho Monument, the delegation respectfully offered flowers to express their infinite gratitude and deep respect for the great ideology and extremely beautiful life of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of the Vietnamese Revolution, the national liberation hero, the outstanding cultural celebrity.

The delegation vowed to study and follow the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh; forever follow the revolutionary path that the Party and Uncle Ho chose./.
