A delegation of the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of District 5, led by Ms. Huynh Ngoc Nu Phuong Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee of District 5, on February 3 offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs at the National Historical Site of Uncle Ho Memorial House at No. 5 Chau Van Liem Street, Ward 14, District 5.

The event was held to celebrate the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).
At the ceremony, the delegates offered flowers and incense to commemorate, express their infinite gratitude and deep respect for the ideology and career of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader, national liberation hero.
The house at No. 5 Chau Van Liem Street, where President Ho Chi Minh stayed from September 1910 to June 1911 before leaving Nha Rong port to find a way to save the country on June 5, 1911.
On the same day, the delegation also offered flowers and incense to commemorate Mr. Tran Phu and heroic martyrs at Cho Quan Hospital’s Detention Camp - where Mr. Tran Phu, the first General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, was imprisoned by the French colonialists and he sacrificed in 1931.
This Cho Quan Hospital’s Detention Camp has been recognized as a national historical site.
On the same day, wards in District 5 also organized delegations to visit and offer incense at the national historical site of Uncle Ho's Memorial House at No. 5 Chau Van Liem Street, Ward 14, District 5; Cho Quan Hospital’s Detention Camp and some other historical relics of the district./.
