A delegation of the Department of Mass Mobilization of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army has respectfully offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the K9 Relic Site in Da Chong, Ba Vi district, Hanoi.

The event was held on February 4 on the occasion of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).
Throughout the journey of building, fighting and development, generations of cadres and soldiers of the Department of Mass Mobilization have always kept in mind and well implemented the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho, contributing to building the people's war posture and a solid national defense, creating an invincible strength, defeating all invaders, achieving many feats and outstanding achievements in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers, expressing their deep gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and promised to be always united and be unified in will and action; promote the tradition of "Loyalty, creativity, humanity, solidarity, cooperation, sacrifice, victory", striving with the entire Party, the entire people, the entire army to overcome difficulties and challenges; continue to promote and effectively carry out mass mobilization work, firmly consolidating the people's trust in the revolutionary cause of the Party./.
