With 3 consecutive years of being recognized by the Commune Party Committee for excellently completing their tasks, from 2021 to 2023, the Long Dien Commune Military Party Cell has sent 94 young people to join the army, reaching 124% of the assigned target. In addition, it also advised the Commune People's Committee to effectively resolve policies for young people preparing to join the army with difficult family circumstances with an amount of more than 75 million VND; organize visits and give gifts to new recruits; propose to issue health insurance cards to families whose children join the army, regularly visit families of soldiers who have implemented policies well when they return to their localities after being discharged from the army, create favorable conditions, introduce soldiers who need to apply for jobs in companies, factories, agencies to stabilize their lives.

In addition, the military force also actively participates in local revolutionary action movements, social security activities, participates in field trips, builds bridges, builds rural roads, builds charity houses for families with preferential policies, clears bushes, plants trees to create a fresh environment in the commune, actively contributes to the movement of building new rural areas.

With Women's Union of Dinh Thanh A commune, for many years, it has always carried out emulation movements well, excellently completing assigned tasks. 876 women from the association registered to participate in emulation movements, thereby mobilizing 5,678 people to participate in health insurance; maintaining and developing many models such as raising piggy banks to save, buying health insurance cards for students, establishing capital pooling groups, women's groups to exchange plastic waste. Since 2021, the Association has coordinated with organizations and benefactors to present 583 gifts, donate 6 charity houses, solidarity houses with a total amount of over 688 million VND.
