As Deputy Head of the Xuan Truong district Party Committee Commission of Popularization and Education, Mr.Tran Xuan Bach always focuses on dissemination associated with concretizing the form of learning and following Uncle Ho in accordance with reality, implementing the political tasks of the locality, agency and unit. Mr. Bach himself has donated blood voluntarily 22 times; in 2023, he has two initiatives including "Applying information technology to improve the effectiveness of the district-level Party Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education" recognized by the District People's Committee as "Initiative with influence at the district level" in 2023; "Applying information technology to improve the effectiveness of dissemination activities on administrative reform implementation in the district" recognized by the provincial Department of Science and Technology as an initiative with influence and effectiveness applied in the province in the field of administrative reform.

With outstanding achievements in work from 2021 to 2023, comrade Tran Xuan Bach was honoured as an excellent party member by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee. He was also honoured by the District People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.

With enthusiasm, responsibility, and dedication to the common work, Nguyen Van Huy, Secretary of Party Committee 2 have done a good job of dissemination and mobilization for Party members and people to respond and contribute their efforts and funds to invest in concreting hamlet roads, intra-field roads, irrigation systems, and building hamlet cultural houses such as: contributing 270 million VND, 350 working days to build a model new rural area and smart hamlets, donating 290m2 of land to expand roads to serve economic development.

Studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings in Xuan Truong has developed widely in all areas of social life, creating a spreading effect throughout the whole society. This helps cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to have a deeper awareness of the noble humanistic values in Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to voluntarily practice and cultivate themselves. This also raises the sense of responsibility in participating in building a strong Party, as well as develops the socio-economy and improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

Up to now, Xuan Truong district has had 100% of communes and towns meeting the advanced new rural area standards and 7/13 communes meeting the model new rural area standards. Socio-economic infrastructure has been focused on investment and development. The material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved. Party building work has been comprehensively strengthened in terms of politics, ideology, organization and cadres.
