That model has been built and implemented by the Women's Union of the Security Sector, Tra Vinh Provincial Police. Sharing about this model, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung said she has mobilized dignitaries, officials, and religious Buddhists to participate in the movement of the whole people to protect national security, fight against crime, and contribute to ensuring security and order. The model requires creative application of professional tasks associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, and especially the determination to connect police officers with dignitaries, officials, the masses and local authorities in the movement "All people protect national security".

Through the implementation of the model, it has contributed to promoting the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State to the masses, together with dignitaries, officials, Buddhists and the masses. Thereby, all people understand and raise their vigilance and responsibility, promptly prevent, detect, fight and stop activities with signs of being related to security and order in the area.

In addition, the model has promoted the strength of the political system at the grassroots level, especially the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Women's Union at all levels in coordinating dissemination, mobilization and education for petitioners, contributing to advising and resolving disputes, complaints and conflicts.

Comrade Nguyen Thi My Chau, President of the Women's Union of Duyen Hai district, said that the Union launched the implementation of this model on September 2, 2022 and chose Don Xuan commune as the pilot, with 14 members. Accordingly, the "4 savings" include saving electricity, water, gas and money for shopping. “2 more” include 01 more health insurance card (or 01 more livelihood model, 01 more study corner.

To implement the model, the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the commune organized 01 savings box; cadres and members participated in voluntary contributions. Every quarter, it will be opened to help those who need to be shared. Up to now, the model has been operating effectively in Don Xuan commune; thereby, 19 health insurance cards have been supported for the people. Realizing the effectiveness of the model, the Women's Union of Duyen Hai district directed the remaining Unions to study and replicate it in Long Thanh town and Long Khanh commune. Up to now, the model in Long Thanh town has raised 6.2 million VND and provided livelihood support capital for buying and selling scrap for 01 member and presented 20 gifts to women in difficulty. In Long Khanh commune, after more than 04 months of operation with 13 members, 3.5 million VND has been saved to support 01 livelihood model for 01 near-poor member.

Comrade Nguyen Thi My Chau added that in the coming time, depending on the actual situation, the District Women's Union will continue to research and develop in the remaining areas to replicate the model to contribute to the locality in implementing the New Rural Construction movement well./.
