Imbued with Uncle Ho's teaching on the heavy and glorious responsibility of a teacher is to take care of the people's children to become good citizens, good workers, good soldiers, good cadres of the country", Ms. Mai Thi Phuong Thuy, a teacher from Hoang Van Thu High School, Chau Thanh District, Tay Ninh Province always strives to study, cultivate and train to become a good teacher to contribute to the cause of educating people.

As a professional group leader, she always unites and coordinates well with the group members to excellently complete the assigned tasks. For many years, her group has been evaluated as an Excellent Group. In teaching, she has applied flexible and creative forms of classroom organization and teaching methods in teaching and learning to arouse passion, interest, and love of learning in students. Since then, the quality of teaching and learning has been improved, and the average score of the subject at the end of the year has always exceeded the registered target.

In 2023, she was honored to be awarded the title "Excellent Teacher" by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In particular, teacher Mai Thi Phuong Thuy is a typical individual of Tay Ninh province introduced to the exhibition "Simple but noble examples" in 2024.

Imbued with Uncle Ho's teaching "cadres are servants of the people", although not a local, when elected by Party members and people in the hamlet to be the Party cell secretary of Hoi An hamlet, Tan Hoi commune, Tan Chau district, Tay Ninh province, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hong is always exemplary, dares to think, dares to do, devoted to the work and tasks assigned by the people in the hamlet; enthusiastic in social work, skillful in mass mobilization work.

As the Party cell secretary and head of the hamlet front work committee, she has a very good grasp of the economic conditions of the hamlet, therefore, she regularly gives opinions and recommendations to the Party Committee on issues of legal policies, social security in the hamlet, etc. From there, there are practical measures to help the hamlet develop more and more, especially in terms of traffic, environmental landscape, etc. She herself also coordinates with party members and socio-political organizations in the hamlet to "go to every alley, knock on every door" to mobilize people to participate in the movement./.
