During the 2020-2025 period, the children of Ham Thuan Bac have actively followed President Ho Chi Minh’s Five Teachings, striving to participate in various movements and campaigns. As a result, more than 2,500 "Thousand Good Deeds Children" have emerged, along with thousands of "Small Plan Achievers." Tens of thousands of students have been recognized for their excellent academic performance and exemplary study habits. Additionally, they have contributed 10,000 books, school supplies, and toys, along with 1,000 means of transportation and uniforms to support underprivileged peers. They have also donated gifts worth nearly VND250 million to the elderly and policy beneficiary families.

Notably, more and more outstanding role models have emerged, excelling in both academics and personal development while actively engaging in social activities and Young Pioneers work.

Moving forward, through concrete and meaningful activities, the district’s Youth Union and Young Pioneers organizations will continue promoting awareness of these movements. The Young Pioneers Organization will serve as the core force, guiding and supporting children in practicing and implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings through daily actions. This effort aims to foster a strong transformation in awareness and behavior, contributing to character development, life skills, and motivation for children to strive to be well-behaved, diligent students and exemplary young pioneers, deserving of the title "Uncle Ho’s Good Children."

On this occasion, the congress awarded 10 scholarships to outstanding young pioneers who have overcome difficulties, including those with disabilities. A symbolic plaque was also presented to support the renovation and improvement of a children's playground in La Da Commune. Additionally, 35 young pioneers were honored for their outstanding achievements during the 2020-2025 period, and 123 young pioneers were officially recognized as "Uncle Ho’s Good Children" for their dedication and excellence./.
