At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao, Deputy Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Popularization, Education and Mass Mobilization reported on the topic in 2025 on studying and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in association with innovation and reorganization of the apparatus of the provincial political system.

The topics focuses on two main contents: Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and the Party’s guidelines on streamlining the apparatus in association with the structure of the cadre team of the political system and applying Ho Chi Minh’s thought and the Party's guidelines in innovating and rearranging the apparatus of the political system, associated with the aspiration to build the province into a centrally-run city by 2030.

The conference aims to raise awareness of party members and trade union officials about Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; grasp the viewpoints, principles, plans and solutions on innovating and rearranging the apparatus of the provincial political system, thereby creating high unity in awareness and action in the trade union system at all levels./.
