The event was held in the exciting atmosphere of the new spring, to organize a vibrant emulation campaign to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Hanoi Party Committee (March 17, 1930 - March 17, 2025), the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025); It also aimed to promote the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism of the young generation to contribute to building a "green, civilized, cultured, modern" capital.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Chu Hong Minh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union launched the Tet planting trees to forever remember Uncle Ho, which is associated with the task of each union cadre, union member, and youth to plant and take care of at least 01 new tree, each union level has a project, youth garden, youth tree line to create a green, clean, beautiful environment and launch the Youth Month 2025.
