The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee has just issued a plan to organize the 10th National Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children in 2025 to honor the achievements of Uncle Ho's Good Children who are outstanding children in studying, training and actively participating in the work of the Ho Chi Minh young pioneer organization in the of 2020 – 2025 period.

The congress is also an opportunity to promote the implementation of the movement "Vietnamese children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings", associated with activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975-2025), the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890-2025), the 80th anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945-2025) and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945-2025).
This is also an opportunity to affirm the position of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization in caring for, protecting, educating and training their young pioneer members and children; attracting the attention of all levels, sectors and social forces to the work of protecting, caring for and educating teenagers and children and building the strong Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization.
The congress will take place from May 16 to May 18 with the participation of 500 official delegates from 9 to 15 years old, achieving the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children at the provincial level in 2025.
In addition, delegates must have excellent results in studying and training (primary school) or good academic performance or higher (secondary school) for at least 2 school years or more in 2020 - 2025./.
