Recently, the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Department of Lang Son Provincial Police has excellently fulfilled its duties. Engraving Uncle Ho's teachings for the People's Public Security: "Sacrifice for the nation, serve the people," officers, Party members, and soldiers in the unit always uphold the spirit of readiness to fight for the peace and happiness of the people.

The Party Cell of Team 3, under the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Department of the provincial police, currently has 26 Party members. During the 2022–2025 term, the Party Cell has effectively carried out political and ideological education, thoroughly implementing the study and practice of President Ho Chi Minh’s six teachings. This effort is closely linked to promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style, as well as the movement "Building the image of a brave, humane, and people-serving Public Security officer" among all officers, Party members, and soldiers.
As a unit directly responsible for firefighting and rescue operations, the Party Cell of Team 3 continuously emphasizes and educates its members on Uncle Ho's teachings: "Sacrifice for the nation, serve the people." Officers and soldiers remain on constant alert, ready to respond to any situation to ensure the safety and happiness of the people.
During its term, the Party Cell has actively led and directed the team to strictly implement readiness around the clock, for firefighting and rescue operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to fires, explosions, accidents, and emergencies. The team is also always prepared to support other units when instructed by higher authorities. Since 2022, the team has received 213 fire, accident, and emergency reports; deployed 367 fire trucks and rescue vehicles; and mobilized 4,208 officers and soldiers to directly handle 112 fire incidents and 51 rescue operations. The officers and soldiers have consistently demonstrated courage and selflessness in service of the people, earning widespread recognition and appreciation.
Additionally, the Party Cell has actively directed the team in developing fire prevention and rescue plans. Over the past term, Team 3 has formulated 172 firefighting plans, 180 rescue plans, and multiple safety measures for political, economic, cultural, and social events, as well as major national celebrations in the province./.
