With many good and creative ways, the Military Party Committee has changed the awareness, responsibility, moral qualities and working style of cadres and soldiers, contributing to the successful completion of local defense and military tasks.

Every year, the Party Committee develops plans and concretizes the content into the leadership resolutions of the Party Committees and commanders at all levels, creating breakthroughs and overcoming limitations. It also focuses on improving the effectiveness of management and training of cadres and party members according to the motto of “the superiors set exemplary examples, the subordinates actively follow” while directing grassroots Party committees to make studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle a regular activity of Party cells and mass organizations.

The main content focuses on innovating working methods and styles, staying close to the masses and subordinates; taking the lead in cultivating and training morality and lifestyle; being a pioneer and exemplary in performing tasks, thoroughly practicing thrift, fighting corruption, waste and bureaucracy and having scientific and effective working methods.

In training and combat readiness, the Party Committee and the provincial Military Command have directed agencies and units to develop plans and specify the content of studying and following Uncle Ho, combined with innovating forms and methods in direction and operation. In 2024, the provincial Military Command advised on successfully organizing defense area drills in Mai Son, Moc Chau and Phu Yen districts; civil defense drills in Thuan Chau district and forest fire response drills and search and rescue drills in Van Ho district.

At the same time, it strictly maintains the regime of on-duty, combat duty, air defense duty, practice proficiently the plans and improve combat readiness to avoid being passive and surprised in any situation.

In the work of mass mobilization and participation in new rural construction, the Party Committee and the provincial Military Command have led and directed agencies and units to effectively coordinate with departments, branches, unions of the province, and military units stationed in the area.

It proactively participates in building political bases; help people develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty and overcome the consequences of natural disasters and epidemics. In particular, during the floods caused by storms No. 2 and No. 3 in 2024, the provincial Military Command mobilized forces to help people reduce damage and stabilize housing and life after natural disasters./.
