According to Ms. Hang, Hamlet 10’s Party Cell currently has 19 Party members. Every month, the hamlet’s Party Committee holds meetings to implement directives from higher-level Party organizations while also discussing key leadership and guidance strategies for economic development, income improvement, and better living conditions, with determination to achieve the goals set forth in the resolutions.

In 2024, the Yagi Storm No. 3 caused severe damage to the hamlet’s infrastructure, crops, and livestock. Party members took the lead in disaster recovery efforts, actively participating in and mobilizing residents to successfully plant the third crop season. As a result, by 2024, the 17 targets and tasks set by the Party Cell were all met or exceeded.

Key achievements include the fact that average annual income reaching VND45 million per person; 100% employment rate among the working-age population; 165 workers employed in domestic and international enterprises, exceeding targets; significant poverty reduction, with only 9 poor households and 7 near-poor households remaining.
