Understanding the family situation of member Cu Thi Nga in village 2, with difficult economic conditions, her husband died early, and she raised her children alone, the An Noi Commune Farmers' Association advised and coordinated with relevant units to present her with a golden breeding cow. For Mrs. Nga's family, this is a very practical and meaningful gift, suitable for her health and work conditions. After giving the cow to Mrs. Nga, the commune's Farmers' Association officials regularly visited the family to discuss ways to care for and prevent diseases for the cow. After 6 months of careful care, Mrs. Nga's cow is now very healthy and pregnant, promising to bring a relatively good income to the family.

Mr. Cu Van Tuyen, Chairman of the An Noi Commune Farmers' Association, said that "Coordinating the donation of cows to members in difficult circumstances is one of the activities that the Commune Farmers' Association has carried out to concretize the work following Uncle Ho's example that the Commune Party Committee and the Farmers' Association have thoroughly grasped and implemented. In the past year, the Commune Farmers' Association also coordinated to mobilize and donate 40 bicycles to students in difficult circumstances, helping them have a means of transportation to school. Not only promoting the spirit of mutual love and support, the association always propagates and mobilizes members and farmers to compete in economic development, legitimate enrichment, strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and participate in building advanced new rural areas.

Not only the An Noi Commune Farmers' Association, in recent years, all levels of the Binh Luc District Farmers' Association have proactively propagated to the members and farmers to effectively and substantially implement Conclusion 01 on continuing to implement Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle through specific actions. Thereby, the awareness of the members and farmers continues to be raised, following Uncle Ho's example gradually becomes a habit of the members and farmers, contributing to the successful implementation of the association's tasks.

According to Mr. Hoang Xuan Tu, Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Binh Luc district, closely following the directives of the Party Committees at all levels, especially the full-term and annual topics, the Farmers' Association of the district directs the Associations at all levels to proactively develop plans, select specific, practical content, suitable for the local situation to register for jobs following Uncle Ho's example.

In particular, in the implementation process, the Associations at all levels always associate with the implementation of directives and resolutions of the Party Committees at all levels; considering this a regular, continuous, long-term and voluntary work of the Association's cadres.

Therefore, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style are increasingly widespread, going into depth associated with patriotic emulation movements, suitable for the actual conditions and tasks of each locality; in which the focus is on building typical advanced models of farmers competing in good production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty.

In 2024, the Farmers' Association of Binh Luc district coordinated with the Farmers' Associations of communes and towns to register collective work following Uncle Ho with the content: Continue to implement the model "Farmer's Association unites, practices thrift to build the Golden Cow Fund, develops the economy, sustainably reduces poverty". The total number of golden cows that the District Farmers' Association has given to farmers in difficult circumstances is 35, currently 7 calves have been born and 9 are pregnant. Implementing the model of "Supporting farmers' children to overcome difficulties", the Standing Committee of the District Farmers' Association presented 15 bicycles worth over 22 million VND to students of farmers' association members in difficult circumstances./.
