Cao Duc Hien, Head of PTSC M&C Materials Team was awarded the Uncle Ho badge for exemplary workers.

At the program, two outstanding workers in the Oil and Gas industry were awarded the Uncle Ho badge for outstanding achievement as members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The forum aims to encourage workers to strive to become party members and raise awareness and pride of union members when being honored to stand in the ranks of the Party.

President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang emphasized with the support and assistance of the trade union organization, the majority of workers have constantly strived to be worthy of being members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The program also created opportunities for delegates to introduce good models, share good experiences; clarify difficulties and shortcomings and propose solutions to overcome them, contributing to improving the effectiveness of party member development among workers and improving the quality of party members, meeting the requirements of the new situation.

Within the framework of the program, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Guard Command organized a meeting and awarded the Uncle Ho badge to exemplary workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Notably, two exemplary oil and gas workers were recognized.

At the event, delegates discussed and shared about issues such as motivations and goals of striving to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam; conditions and environment for the Party organization operate and the level of interest and aspirations of workers to strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam./.
