On February 14, at the Memorial Site of President Ho Chi Minh in Hong Du Commune, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Giang District, Hai Duong Province, held a ceremony to offer incense and flowers in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s visit (February 15, 1965 – February 15, 2025).

In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the delegates respectfully offered incense and flowers, expressing their deep gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh.
In his speech, Pham Van Khanh, Secretary of the Ninh Giang District Party Committee, emphasized that for the past 60 years, the Party Committee, government, and people of Ninh Giang District have upheld and followed President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings, overcoming difficulties and achieving remarkable results in various fields.
After more than four years of implementing the 25th Congress Resolution of the District Party Committee, Ninh Giang District has basically fulfilled the targets and tasks set for the 2020 – 2025 term. In 2024, the district successfully achieved or exceeded 15 out of 17 key socio-economic targets. The Party-building efforts have been given great attention, yielding positive results.
Hong Thai Commune, now Hong Du Commune, has become a model for socio-economic development, new rural construction, and political system building in the district.
In 2024, the Hong Du Communal Party Committee was rated "Outstanding in task completion" and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee. In 2023, the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee awarded the Hong Du Commune Party Committee a certificate of merit for studying and following the ideology, morality, and style of President Ho Chi Minh./.
