In recent years, learning and following Uncle Ho has had many clear changes, positively affecting the awareness, thoughts, and actions, becoming a regular, continuous, and voluntary activity of each cadre, party member, and people of all walks of life in Vinh Phuc province.
From the emulation movement to learn and follow Uncle Ho, more and more good models, creative ways of doing things, and advanced examples in many fields have emerged, contributing to spreading and multiplying good values in social life.
As one of the typical examples of learning and following Uncle Ho, commended by Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2023, for many consecutive years, working as Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of Tay Son Village, and Head of the Women's Association of Tay Son Village, Thai Hoa Commune, Lap Thach District, remembering Uncle Ho's teachings, Ms. Tran Thi Hien always promotes the pioneering and exemplary spirit.

In the movement to build a new, advanced, model rural area in the locality, Ms. Hien has contributed more than 40 million VND to install lighting systems, security cameras, plant flowers and trees on the roads, renovate the village cultural house, etc.
Following her example, the people of Tay Son village have actively responded, contributing nearly 700 million VND and 2,500 working days to help speed up the implementation of the criteria for building a new, advanced rural area in the locality.
Ms. Hien is also a shining example in economic development, a pioneer in growing trees in Thai Hoa commune. Currently, her tree growing model has a scale of 3 hectares, combining livestock and growing crops, bringing in an income of about 800 million VND/year.
Devoting his entire life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation and human liberation, President Ho Chi Minh is a shining example, a model of revolutionary morality, the most beautiful symbol of patriotism and revolutionary heroism of Vietnam. His ideology, morality and style are the immense and precious spiritual assets of our nation; has been, is and will always be the "compass", the "lighthouse" guiding the entire Party and people on the revolutionary path, in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
Implementing Directive 05 of the 12th Politburo, Conclusion 01 of the 13th Politburo on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, Party committees, authorities and organizations at all levels in the province have promoted propaganda and dissemination to raise awareness among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life about the basic contents and great values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle./.
