Attending the meeting were leaders of agencies, representatives of functional departments, reporters and editors representing press agencies inside and outside the army. At the meeting, the unit reported on the results of information and dissemination coordination in 2024 between the Mausoleum Protection Command and news agencies and newspapers. Dissemination has contributed to spreading the noble thoughts, sentiments, and great revolutionary cause of President Ho Chi Minh; dissinaiton throughout the Party, the entire army, and the entire people to have a correct awareness of the task of preserving and protecting the body of President Ho Chi Minh for a long time and to absolutely protect the safety of the Mausoleum and to promote the political and cultural significance of the Mausoleum in the new period.

In 2024, the Mausoleum Protection Command and the Mausoleum Management Board coordinated with news agencies and newspapers to publish nearly 2,000 news, articles, reports, and special topics on the media, of which the Mausoleum Management Board's website has published nearly 1,400 news, articles, and 09 video clips to dissminate the political tasks and activities of the unit; Successfully coordinated the photo exhibition "Uncle Ho with the Vietnam People's Army - 80 years of heroic songs", creating a deep impression on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army.

In addition, the unit also coordinated the production of many documentaries, including "Special Medical Team" on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of preserving Uncle Ho's body and 55 years of implementing his Testament, which was broadcast on more than 30 central and local television stations, contributing to the dissemination of the unit's special mission.

At the Conference, delegates discussed and proposed plans to best ensure the information and propaganda work of the Command, connecting the unit with press agencies in the coming time.

2025 is an important milestone, with many important events and holidays taking place: the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday; 50 years of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; 100 years of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day; 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In particular, this is also the year to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Guards of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, associated with the 50th anniversary of the inauguration of the Mausoleum.

To contribute to the widespread information about these important events, Colonel Pham Van Hieu said that the coordination with the press continues to be identified as an important task, which needs to continue to innovate content and form, promote the application of information technology in information transmission to ensure timeliness.

The Command will continue to create the most favorable conditions for news agencies and newspapers to work and propagate the special mission of the unit. The unit hopes to continue to receive the support and close coordination from press agencies to spread more strongly the noble values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2025 and the following years.
