The meeting discussed adjustments to the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period, allocating local budget funds for the Landscape, Courtyard, and Pedestal Construction Project as part of the "President Ho Chi Minh Statue in Tan Trao" project.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that this is a significant and meaningful project, honoring and celebrating the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh. It reflects the deep affection between President Ho Chi Minh and the people, while also serving as an educational site to instill revolutionary traditions in younger generations. The province aims to complete the project by August 19, in time for the 80th anniversary of the country's founding. She urged the Provincial People's Committee and relevant sectors to mobilize resources for the project's implementation and submit necessary proposals to higher authorities for approval.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee also reviewed proposals on several other matters, including tasks and budget allocations for implementing the National Target Program for Cultural Development in Tuyen Quang from 2025 to 2030; and adjustments to public investment funds from the state budget for implementing the National Target Program for Socioeconomic Development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Tuyen Quang for the 2021-2025 period./.
