Speaking at the event, Nguyen Dinh Khang, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, emphasized that Party membership development is a crucial aspect of Party organization-building, particularly among workers and frontline laborers in production and business. This effort helps enhance the Party’s strength, ensuring continuity and development while reinforcing the working-class alliance, enhancing the Party’s leadership capacity, governance, and combat strength.

According to Nguyen Dinh Khang, the forum served as a platform for Party-member workers to engage, exchange experiences, and discuss their efforts in becoming exemplary Party members. It also allowed participants to showcase effective models, share best practices, and address challenges, contributing to improving the effectiveness of Party membership development in the workforce and enhancing the quality of Party members to meet new demands.
