The Thanh Binh village Party cell, Thuy Son commune is considered one of the bright spots in the district in learning and following Uncle Ho. Party cell secretary and head of Thanh Binh village, Duong Dinh Van, said: The village has 285 households, 1,071 people, of which 72% are Muong ethnic people.

To spread learning and following Uncle Ho, the Party cell always attaches importance to dissemination, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles of the people; each cadre, party member, especially the leader, is exemplary in performing assigned duties and tasks.

In 2020, the village was recognized as meeting the new rural standards. In 2023, the Party cell built a thematic resolution with the goal of striving to complete the model new rural village by the end of 2024. To complete the set goals, the Party cell mobilized the people to contribute money, donate thousands of square meters of land, thousands of working days to concretize more than 3km of roads, 2.3km of lighting lines, more than 1km of green fences, and renovate the village cultural house.

Currently, the poverty rate of Thanh Binh village is only 5%; the average income per capita reaches more than 46 million VND/year. In 2023, Thanh Binh village Party cell was awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the District People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, period 2021-2023.

The highlight of studying and following Uncle Ho in Ngoc Lac is that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has selected and identified key and breakthrough issues associated with the district's political tasks to direct implementation.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ngoc Lac District, Pham Van Thiet, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle is an extremely important and necessary task in the current period. Effectively implementing Conclusion 01-KL/TW will be one of the optimal solutions for the District Party Committee to create strong changes in Party building work, contributing to socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security stability, and gradually completing the targets and objectives set out in the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term./.
