Discussing the purposes and requirements stated in the Guidelines, Comrade Tran Van Khuyen emphasized the need to continue to thoroughly grasp and disseminate to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, union members, members of socio-political organizations, soldiers of the armed forces and the people to have a deeper understanding of the great contents and values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.

Based on the Guidelines, Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the city, organize the implementation of the 2025 theme in conjunction with the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 11th City Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels; promote the exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially leaders, to continue to form and develop the Ho Chi Minh cultural space.

Along with that, it is necessary to promptly discover, foster, propagate, commend and replicate typical examples and models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Referring to the 2025 theme: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on strengthening Party building, implementing social progress and justice, constantly paying attention to improving all aspects of life of the people of Ho Chi Minh City", comrade Tran Van Khuyen noted that Party committees at all levels should study, develop and thoroughly grasp the content of the 2025 theme activities on the basis of concretizing and continuing to deepen the content of the full-term theme, the 2023 theme, the 2024 theme, Conclusion 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the 13th Party Central Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; Resolution 98/2023/QH15 dated June 24, 2023 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City, Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, and identify key tasks that localities, agencies, and units need to focus on implementing in 2025.

Specifically, organize the dissemination of the 2025 theme to key cadres at all levels and cadres and party members (to be completed in the first quarter of 2025). Widely disseminate to all classes of people the core content of the full-term Topic, the content on strengthening Party building, implementing progress, social justice, constantly paying attention to improving all aspects of life of the people of Ho Chi Minh City, the key tasks of localities, agencies, and units that need to be focused on implementing in 2025 (to be completed in the first quarter of 2025).

Disseminate, and organize the implementation of the 2025 Topic in conjunction with the celebration of major holidays of the country, of the city, patriotic emulation movements, political tasks of localities, agencies, and units in 2025. Party committees at all levels pay attention to innovating, diversifying forms of dissemination, increasing the use of new, modern, and effective communication methods./.
