Accordingly, the implementation of the plan aims to raise awareness of the significance and effectiveness in building and replicating models and typical examples, creating a spreading effect, motivating and encouraging cadres and union members to actively respond and participate in emulation movements.

At the same time, it arouses the spirit of responsibility, creativity and solidarity among union members, civil servants, public employees and workers in labor and production, and strives to study and follow Uncle Ho.

New factors, new, creative and effective ways of doing things will be discovered to foster, replicate, commend and reward in a timely manner. Therefore, trade unions at all levels in the province need to base on the results of implementation to build models and typical examples of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in localities.

The provincial Federation of Labor requires all levels of trade unions to widely implement to each union member and grassroots trade union in building models and examples; discovering, fostering, introducing, replicating, praising, honoring, rewarding and learning from advanced typical examples in a practical and effective manner; focusing on building new factors and models, typical examples being direct workers./.
