The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in these two companies has been established within the common areas used by employees, displaying over 40 book titles (about 200 books) about President Ho Chi Minh, his works, and various images and documents related to his life and revolutionary career. This setup enables employees, union members, and staff to easily access and learn about his contributions, thereby encouraging the study and practice of his ideology, ethics, and lifestyle while also fostering a reading culture within the workplace.

Ngo Truong Huy, Head of Administration - Management Department and Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union at the Thu Duc - Long An Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company, shared: "The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space at our company helps staff, union members, and workers gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, and lifestyle. It contributes to fostering and promoting the noble qualities of the Vietnamese people in the modern era while also enriching the spiritual life of employees."

These are the first two enterprises in Ben Luc District to establish a Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space. In the future, the Ben Luc District Labor Federation will continue to collaborate and support grassroots trade unions in other enterprises to develop Ho Chi Minh Cultural Spaces suited to their specific conditions./.
