Nguyen Thi Be Hai, Head of the Thu Duc City Party Committee Commission on Popularization and Education, shared that Thu Duc City has established 414 cultural spaces displaying exhibits in agencies, organizations, Party committees, schools, businesses, apartment complexes, religious institutions, and cultural lodging houses. Additionally, efforts to develop Ho Chi Minh cultural spaces in the digital sphere have been emphasized, with initiatives such as e-libraries and digital records highlighting exemplary community engagement.

Thu Duc City has also launched the "Electronic Handbook on Studying and Following Ho Chi Minh's Ideology, Morality, and Style," which replaces traditional paper-based methods of registering initiatives, projects, and activities with a digital platform. This innovation facilitates access to information, communication, registration, and evaluation of learning and adherence to President Ho Chi Minh's teachings for officials, Party members, and civil servants. Furthermore, efforts are underway to develop intangible forms of Ho Chi Minh cultural spaces.

In Hoc Mon District, Nguyen Anh Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hoc Mon District Party Committee, stated that the district has focused on leveraging cultural institutions and historical sites to enhance Ho Chi Minh cultural spaces.

Similarly, Truong Minh Tuoc Nguyen, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, emphasized that the organization has actively developed and promoted Ho Chi Minh cultural spaces with diversity, creativity, and accessibility. These spaces are closely linked to historical sites and "red addresses" and are integrated into cultural exchanges, educational initiatives, arts, tourism, and youth diplomacy activities. This approach creates an environment where young people, students, and workers in the city can connect, learn, and develop.

Regarding the cultural and sports sector, Tran The Thuan, Director of the City Department of Culture and Sports, highlighted the department’s specialized resolution to preserve and promote the material and spiritual values of President Ho Chi Minh’s revolutionary life. As of now, there are more than 4,909 models and designs of Ho Chi Minh cultural spaces in offices, cultural institutions, historical sites, and museums. Additionally, 5,440 conferences, competitions, storytelling events, and artistic programs have been organized, along with the promotion of 3,227 literary and artistic works.

Discussing the development of Ho Chi Minh cultural spaces in journalism and publishing, Lam Dinh Thang, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, noted that since 2019, the department has supplemented more than 400 book titles (totaling 84,780 copies) across 145 locations. In the fourth quarter of 2024, an additional 22,780 books were provided to the libraries of cultural and sports centers in districts and Thu Duc City. These efforts contribute to enhancing research, learning, and revolutionary education among Party members, officials, civil servants, and the general public.

In addition to expanding access to political and ideological books, the department has also focused on showcasing and exhibiting works on President Ho Chi Minh and Ho Chi Minh cultural spaces at reading culture promotion events across the city./.
