Over the past time, with his creativity and enthusiasm in his work, he has made the youth union activities and youth and teenager movements of the town orderly and with practical activities.

In the years of 2019 - 2021, he has strived to build a strong youth union and admit 6 youth union members. He has many solutions to gather and mobilize youth union members for economic development; thereby helping 12 young people and youth union members from poor households to escape poverty, thanks to participating in the "Green Hand" Club.

He has actively maintained and mobilized youth union members and young people to teach 40 children from grade 1 to grade 5 who can’t go to school. In addition, he also teaches and manages 2 other popular classes in the ward with 75 children.

Every month, he mobilizes youth union members to collect used bottles, dedicating proceeds from their sale to take care of disadvantaged children and three old people living alone in the town.

During the complicated development of the COVID-19 pandemic, he volunteered to join the frontline force for pandemic prevention and control in Long Binh ward and always successfully completed all assigned tasks.

With his achievements in youth union work, he was awarded a certificate of merit by the Long Binh Ward People's Committee for successfully completing youth union activities and youth and teenager movement in 2019 and 2020, was honored by the Thu Duc City Youth Federation Committee as an outstanding youth in 2021, and as an advanced youth following Uncle Ho's words for other youth union members in the ward to follow./.
