Le Quoc Minh, Party Central Committee (PCC) member, Deputy Head of the PCC Commission on Popularization and Education, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper and President of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association, together with a delegation, on November 10 laid a wreath and burned incense at the Kim Lien Special National Relic in the central province of Nghe An.
