The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee has just issued a plan to organize the 10th National Congress of Uncle Ho’s Good Children in 2025.

The event aims to discover and honor the achievements of Uncle Ho’s Good Children who are outstanding team members and children in studying, training and actively participating in team work in 2020 - 2025.
The congress is also an opportunity to promote the movement of “Vietnamese children compete to follow Uncle Ho’s five teachings”, associated with activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975-2025), the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890-2025), the 80th anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945-2025) and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945-2025).
The event aims to affirm the position of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization in caring for, protecting, educating and training team members and children.
The congress is expected to be held in three days, from the afternoon of May 16 to May 18, 2025. It will be attended by 500 official delegates, being team members and children from 9 to 15 years old (grades 4 to 9), achieving the title of Uncle Ho’s Good Children at the provincial level in 2025./.
Delegates must have excellent results in studying and training content (Primary school) or good academic performance or higher (Secondary school) for at least 2 school years or more in 2020 - 2025./.
