The delegates respectfully expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the great President Ho Chi Minh, the founder and trainer of our Party, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, who devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause and the happiness of the people.

Vinh Phuc is one of the localities that President Ho Chi Minh paid much attention to when he visited and left many thoughtful and profound instructions for the Party Committee, government and people in the province.

Following Uncle Ho's teachings, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Vinh Phuc province have strived to unite, proactively innovate, and successfully complete the goals and tasks set for 2024.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Vinh Phuc province vow to unite as one, promote the tradition of solidarity, innovation, creativity, and aspirations to rise up, lead the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, and build Vinh Phuc to become increasingly rich and prosperous as President Ho Chi Minh wished when he visited Vinh Phuc in 1963.
