Ms. Quang Thi Phuong, Secretary of the Chieng La commune Party Committee, said the commune Party Committee has 234 party members. Every year, the commune Party Committee has deployed the thematic content on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to cadres, party members and people.

In 2024, the Commune Party Committee selected a breakthrough content on expanding and developing 30 hectares of coffee trees; maintaining fish farming model.

To implement the breakthrough in expanding the coffee growing area, the Chieng La Commune Party Committee issued a resolution, directing the Commune People's Committee and mass organizations to mobilize members to convert ineffective crop areas to coffee growing. In 2024, the whole commune planted nearly 25 hectares of new coffee, reaching over 83% of the plan; increasing the coffee growing area of the whole commune to more than 113 hectares.

In 2023, the commune supported 37 households in the villages of Cat Lot, Song, and La Lom to establish the Cat Lot Coffee Cooperative. In 2024 alone, the cooperative members planted nearly 25 hectares, increasing the cooperative's coffee area to nearly 50 hectares.

The selection of breakthrough content and models in studying and following Uncle Ho's example, suitable for the actual conditions of the locality, has contributed to solving employment, increasing income and gradually building the brand of the commune's typical products. The average income per capital of the commune reached over 42 million VND/year; the poverty rate decreased to 3.88%.

In 2025, the Chieng La Commune Party Committee will continue to maintain and replicate effective models; at the same time, build new models that are rich and diverse in both content and form; promptly commend advanced examples of following Uncle Ho's example for cadres, party members and people to study.
