A delegation of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Kan province on January 24 offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs at the Na Tu historical site, Bac Kan Martyrs’ Cemetery and Phu Thong National Historical Site in Bach Thong district.

The event aimed to celebrate the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025.
Before the spirit of Uncle Ho, the delegation pledged to be absolutely loyal to the Fatherland and the people, to constantly cultivate, practice, study and follow his noble ideology, morality and style; to unite and determined with the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Kan province to successfully achieve the set targets; direct and successfully organize Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th Congress of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
At the Bac Kan Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegation respectfully observed a moment of silence to commemorate and express their gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
After that, the delegation offered flowers at Phu Thong National Historical Site, respectfully offering incense to commemorate the revolutionary predecessors and heroic martyrs./.
