On the occasion of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and the Lunar New Year 2025, on the morning of January 22, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province held a ceremony to offer incense at the Temple of Uncle Ho and the heroic martyrs of the province in Dong Hai ward (Dong Hoi city) and Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery, Ly Trach commune (Bo Trach).

The ceremony was attended by comrades Le Ngoc Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hai Chau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; representatives of the leaders of the departments and the Office of the Provincial Party Committee, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Office of Provincial People's Council, Office of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the leaders of the departments and branches. Also attending the ceremony were former leaders of the province through the periods.
At the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Quang and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong performed the bell-ringing ceremony at the bell tower of the Temple of Uncle Ho and the heroic martyrs of the province.
In a solemn atmosphere, the members of the delegation observed a minute of silence and burned incense to commemorate the merits of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the Vietnamese revolution and the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their blood and bones for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
Immediately after the incense offering and flower offering ceremony at the Temple of Uncle Ho and the heroic martyrs of the province, the provincial leaders visited, laid wreaths and offered incense at the Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery.
