In 2020 - 2025, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the city showed many positive changes, the movements and major campaigns continued to be implemented. The Council of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization has organized 336 journeys to bring over 22,500 children to red addresses, popularized young heroes, good people, good deeds associated with thematic activities with the participation of more than 10,000 team members and children. At the same time, it has mobilized resources to support over 15,240 children in difficult circumstances with more than 10,000 scholarships, 25,000 gifts and organized over 200 cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities for children.

The fourth Uncle Ho’s Good Children Congress of Phan Thiet City in 2025 is an opportunity to commend and honor members and children with outstanding achievements in studying, training, and in the emulation movement of “Thousands of good deeds”.

At the congress, the Council commended 46 members and 22 teachers with outstanding achievements in team work and the youth movement of the city in 2020 - 2025. It also awarded certificates to 139 team members who achieved the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children at the city level in 2020 – 2025 and awarded 46 gifts to members who overcame difficulties to achive good results in studying./.
