During the lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid attention to caring for and educating revolutionary ethics for young people. Recognizing that importance, Ha Giang Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has strengthened moral education and lifestyle for union members and young people in order to build a young force with sufficient qualities and capacity to meet the development requirements in the new situation.
Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle is one of the important solutions that Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union is interested in implementing in order to effectively carry out the work of educating revolutionary ethics and fostering a beautiful life ideal for the local young generation. The Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has carried out many activities to provide information on Facebook, Zalo of Youth Union units on replicating typical and advanced examples of young union members in studying and following Uncle Ho; maintaining the operation of more than 600 "Studying and following Uncle Ho" bookcases in localities.

In 2024, Youth Union units in the province organized more than 1,000 meetings and working sessions to disseminate laws to over 35,000 young union members; maintained and strengthened the effectiveness of the activities of the Young Theory Club and the "Youth Volunteers to Light Up Faith" teams.
In particular, on the occasion of the annual War Invalids and Martyrs Day, Youth Union units in the province simultaneously organized many meaningful and practical activities, promoting the tradition and morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking water" and "repaying gratitude". In 2024, on this occasion, the Youth Union units in the province mobilized more than 6,000 Youth Union members to participate in cleaning, decorating, and supporting delegations visiting martyrs' cemeteries; presented nearly 800 gifts worth 200 million VND to families with preferential policies; helped more than 300 families with preferential policies with over 1,000 working days.

Provincial Youth Union also actively organized revolutionary action movements such as "Volunteer Youth", "Creative Youth", "Youth Volunteers to Protect the Fatherland". Through the implementation of these movements, it was not only an effective and creative solution in educating revolutionary ethics for young union members but also created an environment for each young union member to practice, contribute and mature. On the other hand, this was also an opportunity for Youth Union units to strengthen the work of gathering young people, consolidating and building an increasingly strong Youth Union organization./.
