After more than 4 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle of the Ministry of Finance Party Committee has achieved positive results.
Determining studying and following Uncle Ho to be an important content in Party building, over the past time, the Party Affairs Committee and the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance have led and directed Party organizations and party members to strictly apply the Politburo's Directive 5-CT/TW in 2016 on promoting the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle to build a socialist rule-of-law state of the people, by the people, for the people; build Government action, integrity, and creating for development; and create all conditions for people and businesses to freely do business in accordance with the law, to serve the people and businesses is the most important goal.
All levels of Party committees, party organizations, agencies and units organize studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle in association with party building, preventing political and ideological recession; prevention and control of "self-development" and "self-transformation" of cadres and party members. At the same time, it is neccesary to strengthen discipline, administrative discipline, and accountability; combine the work of building the party organization with the building of a clean and strong agency and unit, successfully completing the assigned political tasks.
The Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance has coordinated with the authorities and units to focus on timely and effectively solving problems of the Party, agency, unit in combination with studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle with emulation movements and movements of all levels, branches, unions, agencies and units./.
