According to Colonel To Anh Dung, Director of Ha Nam Provincial Public Security, the Provincial Public Security have developed a plan to ensure public security, firefighting and rescue operations, and traffic management in the area where the conference will be held, in accordance with the script provided by the Central Public Security Party Committee.

The conference will feature activities such as offering flowers and incense at the Cat Tuong Memorial Site, a National Day of All People Protecting National Security event in Thanh Son commune, and promoting the conference through various media outlets.

The Director of Ha Nam Provincial Public Security emphasized that the conference is of special significance and will take place on August 15 at the Ha Nam Provincial Public Security headquarters, with a live broadcast to 63 provincial, city, and central ministry and agency locations.

The conference will be attended by over 200 invited guests, including leaders from the Party, State, Central and local levels, as well as experts and scholars.

The conference is co-organized by the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, the Truth National Political Publishing House, and the Communist Review.

Colonel To Anh Dung affirmed that the conference reflects deep respect and gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh, while also providing an opportunity to review, summarize and draw lessons from 55 years of the People's Public Security Forces implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament. Through this, each officer and soldier of the Ha Nam Provincial Public Security and the national forces will contribute to building a clean, regular, elite and modern People's Public Security Force./.
