The Instruction No. 152-HD/BTGTU on communications of celebrating the 55th anniversary of the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh's Testament (1969-2024) and the 55th anniversary of his death (September 2, 1969 - September 2, 2024) has been issued by the Hanoi Party Committee's Department for Popularization and Education.

The instruction clearly states that the communications aims to review and affirm the profound theoretical and practical values in the testament, thoughts and moral example of President Ho Chi Minh; express respect and deep gratitude to Uncle Ho; consolidate and foster people's trust in the Party. Thereby, it contributes to encouraging and motivating cadres, party members, armed forces and people of all walks of life in the capital to actively study and follow the moral example of President Ho Chi Minh; promotes the strength of national solidarity and the strength of the times, builds a rich and civilized Vietnam, and builds Hanoi into the "civilized, modern" capital.
The communications aim to evaluate, summarize the achievements, lessons learned and praise typical collectives and individuals in 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament, encourage patriotic emulation movements, and be determined to fully implement Uncle Ho’s Testament, complete the goals and tasks set forth by the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
The content of the communications affirms the everlasting value of the testament, which is an extremely important historical document, the crystallization of the ideology, culture, intelligence, morality and noble soul of a great man who has brought glory to the country of Vietnam; honoring and deeply expressing gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the Vietnamese revolution; affirming that the life, career, ideology and morality of Ho Chi Minh always live forever in the heart of every Vietnamese person, guiding the revolutionary cause of the Party and the country to victory.
It also highlights typical collectives and individuals in implementing the testament and summarizes three years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TU on May 18, 2021 by the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TU on May 15, 2016 by the 12th Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.
At the same time, it also fights against and refutes false information and viewpoints, which distort and sabotage the Party and State and deny the meaning and theoretical and practical value of Ho Chi Minh's ideology in general and the testament in particular./.
