Nghe An officials show respect for Uncle Ho

The delegation included officials and staff from the standing office of the Provincial Association, as well as the chairpersons of the Association from various districts, cities and towns.

They visited and offered flowers and incense at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, President Ho Chi Minh’s mother; the Kim Lien Special National Historical Site; the Chung Son Temple; the Truong Bon Historical Site; the Memorial Site of Party General Secretary Le Hong Phong; and the Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Historical Site.

In a solemn ceremony to honor and express gratitude to the revolutionary leaders and heroic martyrs, Mr. Hoang Dang Hoe, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, stated that over the past 18 years, the Association has raised over VND29 billion to support victims through activities such as building and repairing homes, providing livelihoods, awarding scholarships, and offering financial assistance for difficulties, illnesses, and visits during holidays and Tet.

Offering incense to the spirits of President Ho Chi Minh, revolutionary leaders and heroic martyrs, the delegation pledged to fulfill their assigned duties, contributing to alleviating the suffering caused by Agent Orange. They also vowed to encourage victims to overcome their feelings of inferiority, integrate into the community, and strive for a better life, thereby contributing to the development and civilization of their homeland./.
