The Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Relic Site is among pioneers in digital transformation, having implemented the “Online - Interconnected - Multi-modal” electronic ticket system since September 2022. This system is designed to serve foreign visitors, enhancing the quality of international visitor reception with more civilized and convenient services and more scientific management.

The Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace Relic Site is a historically and culturally significant national monument. It was where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked for the last 15 years of his life (from December 1954 to September 2, 1969). The site spans 14.7 hectares and includes 20 immovable relics, outdoor monuments, and 1,738 documents and artifacts associated with President Ho Chi Minh's life and work.

These artifacts and documents are vital, providing vivid and authentic reflections of President Ho Chi Minh's life, career, thoughts, ethics and style. They have been preserved almost intact, as they were during his lifetime.

The Tourism Information Center has also supported the implementation of the “Online - Interconnected - Multi-modal” electronic ticket system at several key tourist attractions in Hanoi, including the Temple of Literature, Quan Thanh Temple and the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum. The practical application of the electronic ticket system has demonstrated its effectiveness, offering numerous benefits to tourists, travel businesses, guides and site managers. Additionally, the system helps stakeholders leverage a smart tourism ecosystem./.
