Leaders of the Party, State and Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) on July 27 th burnt incense to commemorate heroic martyrs, and laid a wreath and paid homage to President Ho Chi Minh, marking the 70 th anniversary of the Day for Wounded Soldiers and Martyrs.

The delegation included Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; former Party General Secretaries Le Kha Phieu and Nong Duc Manh; former State President Tran Duc Luong; Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc; National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; former NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung; VFF President Tran Thanh Man; Politburo members and Secretaries of the Party Central Committee (PCC); and former Politburo members and former Secretaries of the PCC.
Party, State and VFF leaders laid a wreath, burnt incense and commemorated heroic martyrs at the Martyr’s Memorial on Bac Son Street, expressing their remembrance towards the outstanding individuals of the nation who bravely struggled for national liberation, independence and freedom, and for the happiness of the people.
The wreath of the delegation carried the letters expressing their everlasting gratitude to heroic martyrs.
Party, State and VFF leaders also laid a wreath and paid homage to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum, showing their limitless respect and gratitude towards the great contributions of the President to the glorious revolutionary process of the Party and nation.

On the same day, delegations from the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Labour, War-Invalids and Social Affairs, and Hanoi commemorated heroic martyrs and paid homage to President Ho Chi Minh./.
