Accordingly, the works must ensure content and artistic quality, contributing to increasing the awareness of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, encouraging the whole Party, people and army to join emulation campaigns in constructing and protecting the fatherland, promoting and increasing Vietnam’s prestige and image in the world.

Both Vietnamese and foreign people can join the competition. Each applicant is allowed to send 5 works.

The works can be sent to the organising committee in 2 phases, the first lasting until this October 31 ^st and the second until October 31st, 2019./.
