Specifically, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee has held 10 conferences with over 11,800 attendees to master, research and study topics related to Directive 05-CT/TW. Over 97% of cadres, Party members, union members and members write a commitment to foster themselves; and about 95% of cadres, Party members and the masses have developed plans to follow Uncle Ho’s example.

The teaching of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style for cadres, Party members, pupils, students and the young generation is a concern for all levels of sectors. Over the past 5 years, there have been 400 classes with over 30,000 people attending the seminar on revolutionary moral education in the new era, and over 6,000 people attending annual seminars on the directive. The whole province has more than 34,400 ideas, initiatives and solutions on teaching about President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

The implementation of the directive has created an exciting atmosphere in the achievement of socio-economic development targets in the province. Notably, for 4 consecutive years (from 2017 - 2020), Cao Bang completed and exceeded all 18 targets of socio-economic development and Party building, especially in areas such as business and tourism revenue, poverty alleviation, and development of new Party members.

In the coming time, Cao Bang will continue to lead and direct the Party committees and authorities in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; combine programs, goals and patriotic emulation movements with the emulation movement to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style; and effectively strengthen the inspection and examination of the organization and implementation of ethnic minority policies and work in the province in order to bring the Party's policies into life./.
