The southern Tay Ninh provincial Telecommunications (VNPT Tay Ninh) Party Committee has organized an online conference on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle on the will to self-reliance and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country through the one-way video conferencing service on the MyTV television system.

The conference aims at disseminating to cadres, party members and workers President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on the will to self-reliance and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country; at the same time helping them clearly understand the responsibilities and obligations in studying and following Uncle Ho.
Comrade Pham Van Chinh, Head of the Department of Popularization and Education under Tay Ninh Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc Party Committee presided over the conference and delivered a thematic report. The event drew the participation of 235 party members and 155 workers from Tay Ninh VNPT Party Committee and 75 Party members from Tay Ninh Post Office Party Committee.
Participants watched live or reviewed learning content on smartphones and televisions at home.
