The plan identifies groups of content such as organizing to study and grasp Conclusion 01-KL/TU; putting studying and following Uncle Ho’s example into programs and plans on implementing the Party Congresses’ resolutions in association with the implementation of political tasks, solving pressing and outstanding issues; renewing information communications; renewing and improving the quality and effectiveness of research, teaching, learning, application and creative development of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought; implementing the theme of the whole term of the 13^th National Party Congress, identifying breakthroughs in order to create clear changes in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; strengthening inspection, supervision and urging the implementation of the studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s example.

Each content is concretized with tasks, assigned organizations and agencies to carry out and clearly regulate the progress and time for implementation.

The Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee determined that continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TU by the Politburo must make a breakthrough in three contents: renewing studying President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; innovating and demonstrating breakthroughs in following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; and having cadres and party members with higher positions and greater responsibility set an example.

The Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee emphasized that Hanoi will continue to promote the role and responsibility of setting an example of cadres and party members, especially leaders, such as members of the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee, or Members of the Executive Board of the Hanoi Party Committee./.
